1. Servicio

7group S.A.S. ("7group", "nosotros") proporciona herramientas digitales de cotizacion, gestion y automatizacion para negocios ("el Servicio"). Al utilizar cualquier herramienta provista por 7group, usted acepta estos terminos.

2. Periodo de prueba

El periodo de prueba gratuito tiene una duracion de 30 dias calendario a partir del momento de activacion. Durante este periodo:

• Las herramientas funcionan en modo "linea blanca" (sin marca personalizada del cliente).
• Todas las funcionalidades estan disponibles para evaluacion.
• No se requiere metodo de pago para iniciar.
• Al finalizar el periodo, el acceso se suspende hasta que se active un plan de suscripcion.

3. Uso aceptable

Esta estrictamente prohibido:

• Crear multiples cuentas para extender el periodo de prueba gratuito.
• Utilizar VPN, proxies o cualquier metodo para evadir controles de identificacion.
• Compartir credenciales de acceso con terceros no autorizados.
• Usar las herramientas para actividades ilegales, fraude o spam.
• Intentar acceder, modificar o extraer datos de otros usuarios o del sistema.
• Realizar ingenieria inversa sobre las herramientas provistas.

7group se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar el acceso de forma inmediata ante cualquier violacion de estos terminos, sin previo aviso ni reembolso.

4. Deteccion de abuso

Implementamos sistemas automatizados de deteccion de fraude que incluyen, sin limitarse a:

• Identificacion de dispositivo (fingerprint del navegador).
• Limites de frecuencia por sesion y por dispositivo.
• Deteccion de patrones de uso anomalos.
• Cruce de datos de contacto para detectar cuentas duplicadas.

Los datos de identificacion se almacenan exclusivamente con fines de seguridad y prevencion de abuso.

5. Propiedad intelectual

Las herramientas, diseno, codigo y contenido generado por 7group son propiedad exclusiva de 7group S.A.S. El cliente recibe una licencia de uso no exclusiva, no transferible, limitada al periodo de suscripcion activa.

Los datos del negocio del cliente (contactos, cotizaciones, ordenes) son propiedad del cliente. Al finalizar la suscripcion, los datos se entregan al cliente en formato exportable dentro de los 30 dias siguientes a la cancelacion.

6. Suscripciones y pagos

• Los planes de suscripcion se facturan mensualmente.
• Los precios pueden variar segun el mercado (Colombia, Estados Unidos).
• Los metodos de pago aceptados son: Brev (Colombia), transferencia bancaria, Nequi/Daviplata, ARQ Finance, y ACH/Wire para Estados Unidos.
• El incumplimiento de pago por mas de 15 dias habiles resultara en la suspension del servicio.
• No hay penalidad por cancelacion. El servicio permanece activo hasta el fin del periodo pagado.

7. Limitacion de responsabilidad

Las cotizaciones generadas por las herramientas son estimados basados en la informacion proporcionada por el usuario. 7group no garantiza la exactitud de los calculos ni se hace responsable por diferencias entre el estimado y el precio final del servicio.

7group no sera responsable por danos indirectos, perdida de datos, lucro cesante o interrupcion del negocio derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del Servicio.

8. Modificaciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos terminos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se comunicaran por correo electronico con al menos 15 dias de anticipacion. El uso continuado del Servicio despues de la notificacion constituye aceptacion de los nuevos terminos.

9. Politica de privacidad

Datos que recopilamos

• Datos de contacto: nombre, telefono, email, ciudad.
• Datos del negocio: servicios, precios, zona de cobertura.
• Datos de uso: cotizaciones generadas, interacciones con las herramientas.
• Datos tecnicos: tipo de navegador, resolucion de pantalla, zona horaria, identificador de dispositivo (fingerprint). Estos se usan exclusivamente para seguridad y prevencion de abuso.

Como usamos los datos

• Para proveer y mejorar el Servicio.
• Para enviar notificaciones operativas (cotizaciones, ordenes, alertas).
• Para prevenir fraude y abuso.
• Para generar metricas anonimizadas de uso.

Donde se almacenan

Los datos se almacenan en Google Sheets bajo la cuenta de 7group, con acceso restringido. Tras la suscripcion, los datos se transfieren al Google Drive del cliente mediante script automatizado.

Derechos del usuario

Tienes derecho a solicitar acceso, correccion o eliminacion de tus datos en cualquier momento. Contactanos en [email protected].

Canales de notificacion

Al utilizar el Servicio, aceptas recibir notificaciones operativas via:

• WhatsApp (al numero proporcionado).
• Correo electronico (a la direccion proporcionada).
• Telegram (notificaciones internas al administrador).

11. Jurisdiccion

Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de la Republica de Colombia. Para clientes en Estados Unidos, aplica la jurisdiccion del estado de Georgia. Cualquier controversia sera resuelta mediante arbitraje antes de recurrir a la via judicial.

1. Service

7group S.A.S. ("7group", "we") provides digital quoting, management, and automation tools for businesses ("the Service"). By using any tool provided by 7group, you agree to these terms.

2. Trial period

The free trial period lasts 30 calendar days from the moment of activation. During this period:

• Tools operate in "white label" mode (without the client's custom branding).
• All features are available for evaluation.
• No payment method is required to start.
• At the end of the period, access is suspended until a subscription plan is activated.

3. Acceptable use

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to extend the free trial period.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or any method to evade identification controls.
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Using the tools for illegal activities, fraud, or spam.
• Attempting to access, modify, or extract data from other users or the system.
• Reverse engineering the provided tools.

7group reserves the right to suspend or cancel access immediately upon any violation of these terms, without prior notice or refund.

4. Abuse detection

We implement automated fraud detection systems including, but not limited to:

• Device identification (browser fingerprinting).
• Rate limits per session and per device.
• Detection of anomalous usage patterns.
• Cross-referencing contact data to detect duplicate accounts.

Identification data is stored exclusively for security and abuse prevention purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The tools, design, code, and content generated by 7group are the exclusive property of 7group S.A.S. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to the active subscription period.

The client's business data (contacts, quotes, orders) remains the client's property. Upon subscription cancellation, data is delivered to the client in exportable format within 30 days of cancellation.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscription plans are billed monthly.
• Prices may vary by market (Colombia, United States).
• Accepted payment methods: Brev (Colombia), bank transfer, Nequi/Daviplata, ARQ Finance, and ACH/Wire for the United States.
• Non-payment for more than 15 business days will result in service suspension.
• There is no cancellation penalty. Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Limitation of liability

Quotes generated by the tools are estimates based on user-provided information. 7group does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations and is not responsible for differences between the estimate and the final service price.

7group shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Privacy policy

Data we collect

• Contact data: name, phone, email, city.
• Business data: services, pricing, coverage area.
• Usage data: generated quotes, tool interactions.
• Technical data: browser type, screen resolution, timezone, device identifier (fingerprint). Used exclusively for security and abuse prevention.

How we use data

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To send operational notifications (quotes, orders, alerts).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To generate anonymized usage metrics.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in Google Sheets under 7group's account, with restricted access. After subscription, data is transferred to the client's Google Drive via automated script.

User rights

By using the Service, you agree to receive operational notifications via:

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For clients in the United States, the jurisdiction of the state of Georgia applies. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration before resorting to litigation.
